  1. Shipping Schedule: We process and ship orders from Monday to Wednesday, 8am Est Cutoff time. When you place your order, it will be dispatched within 1 business day.

  2. Temperature Advisory: For your feeders well-being, we advise customers to consider the prevailing weather conditions when placing an order. If the temperatures in your area fall below 45℉ or exceed 85℉, we recommend requesting your local post office to hold your mail until suitable conditions prevail.

  3. Live Arrival Guarantee: To ensure the safe arrival of live products, please note that we cannot offer a live arrival guarantee if the temperatures fall below 35℉ or rise above 90℉. We care deeply about the welfare of our feeders, and extreme weather conditions can pose risks during transit.

  4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: In the unfortunate event of a DOA shipment, we request that you promptly reach out to us within 1 hour of delivery time based on the USPS tracking data. To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, kindly provide clear photos of the packaging (both inside and outside of the box) and images of both DOA and non-DOA specimens.

  7. Delivery Timeframe: While we strive to provide quick delivery, please note that USPS does not guarantee specific delivery times. Typically, delivery takes approximately 2-3 days, but unforeseen circumstances may lead to slight delays.
