Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to be available at the delivery address when the order arrives. In case the customer cannot be present during the delivery time, we recommend contacting the local post office to request holding the mail for later pickup.

Accurate Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We will not be held responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect shipping address.

Order Tracking: Customers are responsible for regularly checking the tracking status of their orders and keeping track of the delivery progress.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for any packages lost by USPS during the shipping process.

Insect Order Contents: We want to emphasize that we will not be held responsible for any damage or harm caused by the insects contained in the orders.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: In the unfortunate event of a DOA order, customers must contact us within 1 hour of delivery time, based on the USPS tracking data, and provide relevant photos of the packaging, including the exterior and interior of the box, along with images of both DOA and non-DOA specimens.
